How to make a multiple choice quiz using HTML 5 in adobe animate?

Hello, I want to make a simple multiple-choice quiz in adobe animate using HTML 5. But I little bit confused about using HTML 5 script. Just a straightforward multiple-choice question, with some option button and result at the end of the frame. Is there any recommendation/tips/ or tutorial about my case? thank you
