I want to make a qrcode scanner by using as3 in flash. Each qr code, there is a url. I want to scan the qrcode and get the url. How to acheive this? Thank you!!!!!!

The easiest thing is to use what's already out there with your webcam. You're going to need some kind of optical input and luckily Flash in all its variations can use a webcam if the user permits it.
