How to make Responsive SFX for Website

Hi! I am working on an Animate File for a website I would like to make. I have made it so that moving your mouse over the stage area twiddles some knobs, but I would like to add a Radio Tuning SFX to really sell the effect.

How can I make it so that when your mouse moves over the stage area, an SFX plays, but stops when the mouse stops?
