How to make slideshow using xml;

Guys

I want to make a complex slide show using xml,

the description of the slide show is as follows;

the thumbnail is moving back and forth according to the position of the mouse and when the mouse is over the image the image glows and scroll stops and clicked on that image the big image is shown in BIG IMAGE  section

can this done using XML or not .

Please give me the solution
