How to play animation before entire movie had downloaded?

Title says all, my animation is 800 frames long, takes 32 seconds to load 😞 This is an HTML5 project. Ways to start playing before buffer is complete? Thanks for any help!

make a small sized intro or use a loading animation.

so you're saying there's no way to start the main animation until every bit of it has loaded then?

I don't see how a small size intro helps, after this small size intro the user would still have to wait 32 secs for the actual website? No way to load the main movie while it plays right?
