How to "retract" onion skin / edit multiple frames bars?

If I have onion skin bars extended out over, say, hundreds of frames, is there a quick way to reset them to the play head?  Manually dragging them back to the play head is really annoying.  I feel like in older versions there was a way.  Like just double clicking on the play head would retract them.  🤔 🤔

Press and hold the Onion Skin button to open the drop-down.

Choose Advanced Settings and input small numbers such as 1 and 1

This works for both - Edit Multiple and Onion Skin. It's just bad UX as many of the recently introduced features.

Thanks Nick!  This does work.  Do you remember if there used to be a super simple way?  I've been using Flash off and on since 1999 and I feel like you used to be able to just double click the play head and it would retract the bars.

    Hi Randall,

I still mostly use Flash for my work as I find Animate unpleasant to deal with.

Double-clicking on the play head does not seem to do it, but in Flash there is a separate drop-down which has a bunch of presets, so choosing "Marker Range 2" is only a click away.

    All the best!
