How to return to a previous frame in an expanding banner ad?

Question

I know this is a simple question, but I'm having some trouble.

I am creating an expanding banner ad with a click to expand and click to collapse.

Everything is all set in my timeline how I'd like it, but I want t make it possible for someone to endlessly expand and collapse the ad. Can someone take a look at my file and see what I'm missing?

At the end of the timeline, I want it to go and play frame 2, so an endless loop is created.
