How to see a music who's playing?

Hello everybody. I would like to know, how i can see if a music is already playing? Anyone can help me?

I've tried many way to make it but it doesn't works. I've tried in putting my music in a MovieClip and i put my MovieClip on stage. Or i've tried with code where i've created an instance of my symbol which contains music but it doesn't work again.
