how to use d.eval and hurlant's eval library?

do anyone here who have ever used "riaone d.eval" and "hurlant's eval" library ? do anyone know how to use them? i want to download "riaone d.eval" but the website is down. i browsed everywhere but no luck. can somebody share it to me please? i really need it.
