How would I be able to connect chains with bone tool?

I'm trying to make some chains in adobe animate but I couldn't think any other tool that would help me animate chains in symbols. So what would be the most efficient way to connect the chains with the bone tool?

you probably want one link to be a movieclip or graphic and then string them together to form your chain with ik.
