HTML banners embedding into emails

Hey everyone! I'm looking at improving some email design and currently for the header banner we are importing GIFs to add a bit of movement to our emails. It seems to help with open rate but i think sometimes GIFs obviously look grainy. 

I'd like to explore embedding HTML banners so that it's a coded 'graphic element' as opposed to an image file. Can I create an animated banner in Animate and export out for embedding into an email CRM like hubspot? If so, how would I go about that? 🙂 

Any ideas/help is appreciated.
