Hi, I made an interactive html canvas with Adobe Animete 2021 with Mac OS Catalina. I have sent my client the files resulting from the publication as html and it tells me that it cannot see anything with any browser (Chrome, Edge and Firefox). I ´ve try in my Mac and always work. And another PC with Opera and work too. Dou you know what could be the problem?

Thanks

The problem is that you're sending your client a ZIP file instead of putting the project on a private web server and sending him the URL. He's probably just clicking into the ZIP archive instead of downloading it and extracting all the files first.

I´am not sure about it, because two other people doing both things, and the could see the graphic and see the interactive staff.

But, i will try to explain to my client how to do it.

    create a new directory.

save your fla to that directory.

    publish your project.

everything in that new directory (except the fla) must be sent and the subdirectory structure must be maintained.  ie, remove the fla, zip (or otherwise compress) that new directory and send that.

Ok: I´ll try it. I´m no sure... because i can´t understand why the same zip I send to two other people with Pc it works, and my client one didn´t...

    Thanks a lot.
