html export is not working after instal

I work with a computer W10.

My setup for adobe CC is offline as i work without internet.

When i install adobe CC (full install because the package offline doesn't let me choose which program i want) i don't have any message showing it didn't go well.

Every program seems to work well except for Animate CC.

When i launch animate CC, i can only create projects in SWF.

All projects in html5 don't appear in the launchbox.

 

I have 2 messages during the opening :

 

When i try to re-install Adobe CC pack, the same error shows every time.

Does anyone have an idea that can solve my problem?

Have you tried updating to Adobe Animate 2020?

hello,

 

it is not possible for us.

The contract with my administration indicates that an update of the complete pack is every year.

We don't have acces to new sources until our IT autorize it.

 

We have to deal with our current version.
