HTML5 Ads Not showing after saving

Hello! I really hope these are not stupid questions as I'm new to Animate. I'm having issues with seeing some of the HTLM files after saving them to my work Dell Sharpoint (Outlook) folder.  I'm creating animated HTML ads in Animate. I normally create display ads in Photpshop and send them to vendors but we wanted to add animation and try something different. I'm saving the files to a Sharpoint folder  as  .html and only some of the display ads .html show in a browser. The others show a blank white screen when opening. Even the ones I can see working, my coworkers can not when I try to send it as an attachment via email. Next, do I need to put these in Ads Creative Studio then export and send to vendors for them to put as  ads on their website? Is that the issue that I have not done that yet? These ads are not just for Google. Attahced is one of the ads that shows in my browser and one that doesn't. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Also, here is the video I watched to help me create, save, and export as .html. I did not put these in Ads Creative Studio because I didn't think I needed to as again, I'm sending these to vendors to put on their websites as banner ads.
