HTML5 ads pixelating on Google Ad Server?

Display ads created in Adobe Animate only the 300x250, 336x228 and 728x90 ads are pixelating when uploaded to the Google ad server?

On 1920x1080 screens we are also seeing pixelation but on higher res screens no issues.  Images are all very hi res, 4.5x teh size and set to scale. We are at a loss as to why only these sizes are giving us issues, all other sizes look fine.

First ad is 1920x1080 screen and how it looks in the Google ad server

VS a 2200x1500 res screen below:

Do you mind showing a video of how you are uploading the ads and the result on Google Ads?

If it's not too much to ask, could you show this process being done with a problematic banner and a banner that is OK?

    Thank you for the files.

I noticed that the resolution of the loop button, for example, is already too low on the FLA and so on the published files.

    Can you check these?

Because the ideal would be to import a image of say 800 x 600 px and than scale it down to 400 x 300 px, for example. In this way your banner can be resized twice the size without going blurry.

Sorry - the replay button is poor resolution, but not the concern.

It's the logo and illustration assets compressing during the Google Validator and looking poor.

    Hi.

    What are your publish settings?

And what is the scale of your bitmap instances? Can you show us one of them selected with the Properties panel open?

    Please let us know.

    Regards,

    JC

https://we.tl/t-tiYuTo3Cjy collaborating with Pamela on this — here's the packaged files that include the .FLAs.

We created the raster assets much larger than the size used in each banner to overcompensate for retina and/or downsampling. The 300x250, 336x280 sizes are most noticable on some devices when running through the Google Validator. I do not see the quality change from my device tho.

More accurate representation, the one above was where we pre-compressed files.

convert your bitmap to a vector than resize all you want without any pixelation..

to convert in animate: select the bitmap>click modify>bitmap>trace bitmap and select some reasonable settings.  (hint: it's easy to overselect and lock up animate until it crashes or freezes so long you give up).
