HTML5 banners not testing/publishing

Producing banners,

when testing or publishing either options are coming up completely blank.

I have turned off "combine image assets into sprite sheets" but to no avail.

What might I do to find a solution?

    Hey more111,

    Were you using a custom HTML template? Try clicking on the Use Default button in the Advanced tab of publish settings. If that then works, export the default one, edit the file to add what was special, then import that again.

    If still it doesn't work the there might be possibility of a JavaScript runtime error. Please open the dev console and let us know if there are any errors.
