HTML5 exports to wrong size

I have set up a series of html5 ads at various sizes. 

The canvas size is set to the right specs, and the clicktag html file that they are linked to doesn't specify a specific size. The html file that is created when the ads are published also have the correct dimensions. 

When the ads are loaded into Ticketmaster, the aspect ratio changes e.g. 300x600 becomes 300x1200 but I can't identify where this change is coming from. Any suggestions?

    can you view the html and css used to display your ad?

    that looks like the animate published html.  how could that be used on commercial website as a stand-alone like that?
