HTML5 web banner - Chrome

Dear friends, I have created a web banner which works perfectly in my Safari browser when I Test through Adobe Animate. But when the client opens the html file, the button on the banner only works in Internet Explorer and not Chrome? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Anthony

    open the developer console in chrome after opening the problematic html to find the error.
