Huion H950P responds with a long delay

Hi,

i use Huion H950P, i updated the software. But it responds with a long delay (1 minute). I restarted the Huion Software and Adobe Animate, but it doesn´t help.

The file i have opened ist very small.

My computer is very fast. It shouldn't be a hardware problem. Is it due to adobe animate or the huion software? How can I solve the problem?
