I am beginner and I could not figure out a very basic thing please help!!!

The 315th frame of the character corresponds to the 615th frame in the main timeline. The frames of both the character and the main timeline are equal to each other, both are 936 frames (24 fps). Both are graphic symbols and I marked ''play graphic once'' for the character.

Where am I going wrong? I have problems with synchronizing the main page with the character every time. And I can't figure it out, please help me thank you very much

    When you post a question you always need to tell the Adobe program you are using
    There are MANY programs in a full subscription, plus other non-subscription programs
    Please post the exact name of the Adobe program you use so a Moderator may move this message to that forum
