Question

i am having a problem with Animate...

In Animate, i can't upload this one file even if i delete it and redownload it into Animate. Apperently it says it cant read the file because it couldnt read it. Anyone Could have any reason why? Its not the format of the audio, because it worked with an other audio on the same format (mp3)

This issue has been addressed in the latest Animate update - 21.0.9 released today. Please update your copy of Animate to the latest using Creative Cloud Desktop application to avail the fix.

It could be the codec used when the MP3 was made. I'd open the MP3 in Audition or your DAW of choice and re-export using 44.1 16bit format.
