I am trying to create flash game that asks basic maths questions (addition, sub, multi & divide), which is timed and pops up with a picture according to amount of correct questions….can anyone help?

If you have some code that you need help with then you should show it and help is more likely to be offered.  If you have a specific aspect of this game where you are facing difficulty then you should focus on what you have and what you are unable to get working.  If you are looking for someone to design this game for you that is not likely to happen.  In that case you should try searching Google for a tutorial.  MAybe searching with terms like "AS3 quiz tutorial" will produce some helpful results.
