I can't edit anything, i Lost so much information on a file.

i couldn't save my project because my computer was full, but when i tried to save it on another disc, that was meant for my back ups. it still said i couldn't save it. which led to the program crashing and making the original file unable to edit. i try to add a timeline window but i cant i can only move frames and watch the video. also the camera movements don't move when i export. i need help i've worked on this Project for already 2 weeks.
