I can't export my animations on Animate

i've been doing an animation on the animation for some time and now that i'm done i try to export in a file type compatible with youtube. but every time I try to load it is always stopped at 78% and I don't know how to export it. I even tried to use a separate softwer called Swivel but he always says that the file is incompatible. What I do?
