I can't figure out how to resize the motion editor window

It seems to be stuck in the smallest possible setting, and i've absolutely wonked out my workspace just trying to resize the thing. What am i missing? I've included a video of what i mean

      It appears to be a bug; when you have too many layers above a motion tween the motion editor gets crunched for some reason.

      Workaround: Put the layers above the motion tween into folders, close the motion editor and open it again.

      Have you tried to reset it to default?

      Yes i have, i actually tested it and this happens on all workspaces even default and reset ones
