I can't import audio files to animate

So when I try to import my audio to the library, I get this error sign. I tried it with a random .wav file and got the same error sign. Does anybody know what to do to fix this? I'm still pretty new to adobe animate and taught myself to use it so I don't know how to do a lot of things.
