i can't import tif file to adobe animate

it's files from Maya and i have QuickTime installed.

how do I fix this

Hi.

According to this help document, .tif files can only be imported if QuickTime 4 or later is installed.

If it is, then please contact the team so they can investigate the issue.

Alternatively, you can also convert your TIFF files to another type, like PSD, if your files have layers, or PNG, if they are flatten.
