I cant' save my work

Hello, I have a problem with adobe animate:

when I try to save my work a message appears:

"Impossible to save the document as users/... Try to save it with another name or in a different position".

I tried to follow the instruction but it doesn't work. What should i do?

click file > save as and navigate to a local folder and use a computer valid file name.

What is the name are you giving to the file? Also, is it a local folder or a network folder?

Do you mind attaching a screenshot of when you get the error and the folder in which are you trying to save to?

You can hide sensitive data if needed.
