That's like asking if you can convert a cake back to eggs, flour, butter, milk, and sugar.

 

A video like MP4, AVI, etc. is literally nothing more than what you see on the screen. You can "edit" it as raw pixels, but that's it.

If it is a rendered mp4 file there is really no way to change anything since you would need the authoring files.
