I really hate CC 2023 (and maybe 2022), I don't like them because whenever i open one of my FLAs, it just crashes. It sometimes doesn't crash but if i use a random tool on an object it will crash eventually.

I want CC 2021. I don't know how to get it, i tried looking for downloads on the official Adobe site, i see only the latest updates.

And no, I don't think it's my computer either. I factory reset it like 2 or 3 months ago.

Make sure you are sending crash reports to adobe. Usually, a window will pop up for you to send them a report after it crashes.

Thanks for reporting the issue. Can you please share the Fla files with me? We will investigate the issue and get back on the same. Please mail to abv@adobe.com.

try adobe support.  until the last week they were supplying links.  now there are reports of their refusing.  you should try  2 or 3 agents before giving up.

cc 2019 is available online now, but for cc 2921 use a browser that allows popups and cookies and contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

p.s you can also use phone (but chat is usually quicker), https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

p.p.s. you can also use twitter to tweet @AdobeCare

p.p.p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true
