I need help fixing my animate file

I was working on this for a while, when animate unexpectidly crashed (beginning to think this isn't such a reliable service anymore) I've tried the rar method, but it didn't work. Also it won't let me attach the actual file. I'm beginning to doubt Adobe for being a reliable company.
