Was the rotating logo in the attached video created in Animate? And if not does anyone have any idea hat it was built in?

Based on that fuzzy cellphone video-of-a-video, literally impossible to tell. What does it matter what it was created in? If you don't have the original project files, anything based on it would have to be created from scratch no matter what tool you decide to use.

Maybe if you had the original MOV file to examine you'd be able to tease more details out of it, but I wouldn't bet on it. All I can tell is that it's a rather old video, due to the Converting bar appearing.

It's a fairly generic 3D animation of a spinning logo. It could have been created in any of dozens of animation tools. But I'd be very surprised if it was created in a predominantly 2D animation tool... like Animate.

Also, isn't that an MOV file? Why did you upload a video of yourself watching the video instead of just uploading the video?

I was sent the video. I don't have the file.

    could be.

you can use animate to create 3d rotations of 2d objects.  the video shows a 180 y-axis rotation.
