Question

I need help with Adobe Animate

Hello, I need help because when in Adobe Animate I want to fill some parts with the paint bucket it doesn't let me but other parts do, for example the background doesn't let me fill it and some parts of the drawing don't let me fill it either

    can you select what you want to fill?  eg, it may be in a locked layer.
