i need help with my oval tool for animate

so, i create an oval. when i try to draw over that ovals out line on the same layer (nothing is an object i checked) it makes these weird cracks/ erases idk why

    fill first, then convert your brush stroke(s) to objects

    1, if I draw on another layer, I cant use the fill tool for the oval, and 2 if I use object mode, i cant use fill tool since its basicly on 2 layers.

    create a layer above your oval and draw in that new layer, or draw your oval with the object drawing option selected.
