      If it is for pixel-art there's an old plugin called Pixel Tools that might come in handy.

        I just tried it with the latest Animate 2022 release (in case something changed between versions) and it works perfectly fine. Follow the steps and it will work.

          Hi.

           

          There is no such tool for Animate.

           

          But there's a user here (@Charlie Bickett) working on an extensible tool that should add this capability to Animate. Maybe you could contact him.
