I was working on a project a while ago (about a month or so), I was saving as I went along but now when I try to open the file I was using to continue working on it I just get one frame not the whole video not the whole animation. I've opened a lot of files but still can only find one frame?

If all FLAs that you open only have 1 frame, you could use the restore preferences to default, shown in this page:

Set preferences in Animate CC

Here's what it says, to save you going to look:

Restore all preferences to default settings

In the Preferences dialog box, click Reset to Defaults or press and hold Control+Alt+Shift (Windows) or Command+Option+Shift (Mac OS) as you start Animate.
