I've got a stillframe for a VR video and I want to animate some elements in it. What's the best way?

I've got a 360 panorama still frame that I want to use for a Youtube video and I want to animate some elements on it. What would be the best workflow to do that? I've got a tinkered .PSD file with all the needed layers separated and I want to animate some of them. That .PSD is then put into Premiere Pro which seems to be the best tool to convert panoramas for VR.
