Images export pixelated from Animate 2019

Hi.  Whether I export a small jpeg or a png from Animate, it comes out pixelated even though it looks clean and crisp in my workspace.  What can I do differently?  Thank you.

For any vector based art in animate make sure you are using a SVG file that helped me.

I am also having these issues.  Even with the quality turned up.

When you export a jpeg, what quality setting are you using? What happens if you bump it up to 100%?

 

For a png, what settings are you using?
