Imported Audio Works On Timeline But Has Static When Played in Movie.

I'm currently working on an animaton in Adobe Animate CC 2018. I've imported two audio files into separate scenes. When I do playback on the timeline the audio is crisp and clear; same thing happens when I playback the audio in Adobe Audition CC 2018, where I originally recorded the audio. However, when I test the movie, both audio files are loud and have tons of static.

Make sure you're using 16 bit and not 24 or 32 bit. Also check the Publish Settings to see what you have set the audio compression to.

If you are going to end up exporting video, set the publish settings audio to Raw, 16 bit 44.1 kHz, mono or stereo. If it's to be SWF or HTML5 Canvas, try a higher data rate for the MP3.
