Question

Impossible to test my project (html5 canevas) since the update 22.0.5

When I want to test my animation all my browsers show an empty window. I had to rebuild my project in a new file. It worked for a while but now the issue occures again. I dont know what to do and it's impossible for me to rebuild my project in another file on and on.

If what kglad suggests doesn't show anything wrong, do you find that doing a test from Animate works, but opening the HTML file gives the white page?

If that's the case there is a good chance it's a security related issue, which you can get when using spritesheets. Either put your files onto a server to do testing, or go to publish settings and turn off the spritesheet options. Doing that will instead create individual image files, which then will make the page load slower, but it should at least work with a local test.

For the final version that get uploaded to a server, you could reselect the spritesheet options.

Hello. I can't test the animation at all even if i try to open the html file. I tried to export following your method but it still doesn't work... 😞

you can't successfully open the local html file in your browser unless you take the steps mentioned by @Colin Holgate .

you should be testing via animate by clicking control>test movie>in browser.  then, if there's an unexpected result, open your browser's developer console to why there's a problem.  ie, google your browser and developer console.  there's no better way (that know of) to debug.

Hello. You mean the developer console of the browser?
