incorrect export SVG

Hey every one! How to export SVG correctly?
steps:
1) export svg
2) import svg in Animate
3) the layer not exported in step 1

Some Animate features aren't supported in SVG export, among them filters, color effects and blend modes.

i don't understand the ordering of those steps, but to export an svg from animate click file>export>image(legacy)

adobe suggestions have greater effect if made elsewhere.
