After developing an application in AS3, running everything right ... Will I have any difficulty publishing the project on Google Play? Is there a headache on this issue?

What about AdSense, can I impose on an AS3 script?

there's a headache if you want to prevent your app from being shared by users: you'll need to use your public key in your signing certificate.
