INSTALLED ADOBE ANIMATE DIDN'T OPEN AT PC..AFTER DOING EVERYTHING AS MENTIONED IN ADOBE COMMUNITY...

I recently subscribe adobe 2024. My adobe animate didnot work after installation..it just open and shown error report..." crash error exception_access_violation" and closed. I tried everything suggested on net by adobe like,..restore preference...run animate as admin....user permission...turn off firewall and antivirus....uninstall and install animate..... nothing work...please help and guide me... my pc is new ASUS TUF A15..

    there's a system problem if you're seeing a crash on a computer that's never had animate previously installed.

    please guide how to resolve as other app opened..only animate and after effect couldn't open

    backup your data

     

    restore youc omputer to its original state

     

    update your os and default browser

     

    install the cc desktop app using the "alternative download links" at the bottom of the page at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

    use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials>
