Interactive HTML5 animations for digital whiteboard with Adobe Animate?

of course each whiteboard has its own documentation. 

they key for usage with an animate project would be if the whiteboard has an embedded pc, and if it does, what's the os of that pc.

if it's windows, create an air for desktop app.  if it's android, create an air for android app.  (and, i don't know if there are mac whiteboards, but if you're creating an animate app for one, create an air for iso app.)
