Interactive Infographic

I'm new to Animate and trying to figure out how to export my interactive infographic. I'm getting the idea I have to use HTML5 and import the images as assets to a server, which I don't have. Is this right? It works wonderfully in test mode in Animate; it's the exporting I'm having a difficult time with.

My question is that I have to save images as assets in order to publish my final product for the interactive buttons to work?

I attached an mp4 of my file.

Yes, HTML Canvas requires a server, because it is ultimately intended for use online. If that is not your intention, perhaps it would be better to set your graphic up as a Flash file, or SWF?
