Inverted Cursor Not Working

Question

Not sure if this is the best place to post this but it was the closest thing I could find. I've been using Adobe Flash CS4 for about 2 years now on my MacBook Pro. I recently switched over to a Mac Mini and have noticed something odd. On my MacBook, whenever I would hover the brush cursor over a dark color, the cursor would invert it's color in order to be able to see where it is. However on my Mini, it does not invert anymore, this is probably a stupid question but is there any way to fix this?

I could be wrong but it could be an issue with your graphic driver. It's been so long since I used Flash CS4, and I don't remember whether the behavior has changed. Can you post a quick video here for other experts to check and post their observations?
