Is Adobe Animate going to be discontinued?

Hello,

I have read that Flash support would not be available after 2020. Will this have any impact on the Animate software, is there a possibility that Animate will also be discontinued in the near future/

agreed, that's why they pivoted and renamed the application from Flash to Animate, as well as started to focus more on the animation tools.
