Is FLASH 4 available for download?

I had FLASH 4 installed and licensed on an XP computer that no longer works. Is the original FLASH 4 trial still around for download?

I need to edit a website that has some Action 2 Scripts that Flash CC cannot convert.

Can you provide a download link for FLASH CS4?

I am looking for the original installation file. I cannot use the upgrade.
