Is it only me or another big bug?

Hi Collegues! 
My bug or Adobe's?
No more vector output from Animate???

1. New file

2. draw square or anything
3.  File- Export Image (Legacy)
4. Choose SVG
5. Choose Embed

Check- no file for me!
Just no file written! SVG export just trow exception and fail.

This is important bug if it is!
No vector output from Animate- this big disadvantage!
(pasting in Illustrator makes it raster)

Or is it only me?
