Is it possible to create a reusable template and use it as many times i want in any document?

Hello,

Currently i am doing eye blinks for every character every time i am doing a project. It takes a lot of time.

I want to save an eye blink animation so i can put it on any character. Is it possible to create such a reusable animation? I have searched all over the internet and all i see are videos showing how to animate eye blinks for each character. Can anyone help please?
